Our "Personally Managed Superannuation Service" provides a total SMSF service package, combining our individually tailored portfolio management with a complete administration service.
SWR Wealth Management will manage your portfolio within your agreed Investment Strategy providing you with regular reviews and access to your portfolio via the web.
All matters tax and administration will be managed by SWR Chartered Accountants on a daily basis on your behalf, giving you time to get on with your life.
Our advisers hold specialist qualifications to ensure you and your fund comply with ever changing super legislation.
We will out-source the auditing of your fund to a professional independent auditor to ensure your fund remains compliant.
Your SWR Wealth Management licensed adviser will provide you with regular reviews to ensure your investments are still appropriate to your goals and objectives, which may change from time to time as you go through different stages in your life.

We have tailored this service to suit your needs. Your investments are structured for your particular circumstances and risk profile. Our fees are based on the time required to perform the agreed services rather than a percentage of funds under the management.

All corporate actions are attended by us. We will also provide you with advice relating to share purchase plans and rights issues as they rise.
Reviews
The Premium SMSF Portfolio Service will include two meetings during the year of approximately one hour to review your strategic and financial plans and discuss related issues including:
- An Update of your personal circumstances and any issue which may impact on the fund
- Review and confirm your objectives and lifestyle plans
- Discuss any issues which are concerning you or which you want considered at the meeting
- The income, cash flow and liquidity needs of the fund
- Review the structure and performance of the fund portfolio
- Consider the market outlook for the next six to twelve months
- Review the risk management and asset protection arrangements of the fund
- Review beneficiary nominations of the members
- Check that all activities of the fund are complaint
At the conclusion of the review meeting we will prepare a written summary for your records of all topics discussed and decisions taken and will implement these decisions.
Investment Reporting
- We maintain your investment records including sales, purchase and income records. This includes your Capital Gains Tax Records.
- We can provide you with half yearly reports summarizing your portfolio performance as at 31st December and 30th June.
- We will also provide reports at your six monthly review.
- You will have continuous on-line access to your portfolio via a link to "Fund Web".
Ensuring all administration is in order
- The Personally Managed Superannuation service is a complete Portfolio Service, removing all the complex paperwork, be it corporate actions, dividends, voting rights or tax implications arising from your portfolio. Each financial year you will receive a comprehensive summary of all information required for your tax returns.
- We maintain a record of member contributions, rollovers and withdrawals.
- Maintain trustee minutes of decisions taken.
- arrange an annual audit of your fund

The cost of the services outlined above will be funded by a monthly fee outlined below. Some advice, provided on as needed basis, will not be covered by this agreed fee.
The cost of this additional advice, and the associated transactions, will be estimated and agreed before the task is commenced and invoiced separately upon completion.
