Glenn's accounting experience began after graduating from the Bendigo College of Advanced Education in 1987, working for Maxwell Brown & Mountjoy in Shepparton prior to accepting a junior position with KPMG Peat Marwick in Adelaide.

Glenn joined SWR in 1990, returning to Bendigo to be closer to family expecting the birth of his first child. Glenn, a Chartered Accountant, quickly established himself as an expert in agribusiness and developed strong relationships both with his clients and within the local community. Glenn became partner in the business in 1995 and within 3 years became the sole principal in 1998.
